CRM Systems Manager, Chipping Campden, Gloucestershire
Natasha Young at CK Group is recruiting for a CRM Systems Manager to work for a Food and Drinks R&D company based in Gloucestershire, on a full time, permanent basis. The client who is based in the heart of the Cotswold, provides scientific, technical, and legislative support to the food, drinks and allied industries worldwide.
The Location: The role is based at our client's head office in Chipping Campden, a beautiful 14th century market town in the Cotswolds. The town and surrounding areas are full of natural beauty, have a thriving cultural scene and are home to the yearly Cotswold Olimpick Games.
The Role: The CRM Systems Manager will manage, support and continuously improve the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft SharePoint through effective liaison and engagement with relevant stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Managing the relationship client/vendor relationship
- Increasing the use of MS Dynamics 365 through user engagement
- Providing ongoing support and training to staff on how to best utilize the systems
- Monitoring fixes to ensure problems are adequately resolved
- Reviewing SharePoint deployment
- Developing, maintaining and documenting standard operating procedures in alignment with ITIL framework
Your Background: To succeed in this role, you will have previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and MS SharePoint. You will preferably be ITIL qualified and have experience of database design.
The Benefits The client is offering the chance to join a fast paced team, with a yearly salary of up to £35,000 (dependant upon experience) plus a generous benefits package.
