CK Group are recruiting for an E&I Engineer to join a company in the animal health and pharmaceutical industry at their site based in Speke on a contract basis initially for 12 months.

Salary: £14.33 - £17.91 per hour PAYE

E&I Engineer Role:- To carry out maintenance and repair of electrical and instrumentation equipment within Manufacturing Facilities in conformance with the PAM processes and relevant cGMP, Engineering and Environmental, Health & Safety standards.

Functions, Duties, Tasks:

  • Maintenance
  • Problem Solving
  • Documentation: Complete records e.g. CMMS work orders, datasheets, stores requisitions, equipment logs, data calculation sheets and performance standards following cGMP guidelines, participate inthe update of SOPs relevant to the role. Prepare incident reports to assist with RCI/deviations
  • Improvement projects: Assisting installation and upgrading of plant equipment to improve reliability and performance. Development & improvement of operating procedures & risk assessments.
  • Workshop activities

Your Background:

  • Completed a recognised apprenticeship and obtained a NVQ Level 3, ONC or HNC qualification in the Electrical, Instrument or Control discipline.
  • Proven experience of GMP / pharmaceutical industry or similar
