George Truman at CK Technical is recruiting for a Fabric Services Manager to join a company in the Energy Industry at their client's Pharmaceutical Manufacturing site based in Heathrow on a permanent basis.

The Company:

Our client is the UK leader in Environmental Solutions. They offer services and expertise in waste, water and energy management to a variety of clients.


This role is located in Heathrow. The site is easily commutable from London and areas to the West of London.

The Role:

You will be responsible for the technical management of the fabric services of the contract at our client site.

Your main duties will be:

  • To lead, manage and direct fabric services support team to ensure area optimisation and availability.
  • Execution of maintenance programme for equipment in scope.
  • To develop long-term strategic direction in liaison with client and implement as appropriate.
  • To provide continuous training and development of your team members and lead a high-performance team responsible for delivering world-class facilities services.

Your Background:

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience as a Fabric Facilities Manager with proven Health and Safety and GMP experience within a pharmaceutical environment.
