Salesforce Administrator Assistant
CK Technical are recruiting for a Salesforce Administrator Assistant to join a biotechnology company on a permanent basis. The role will be field based with the successful candidate working remotely; with occasional travel to offices in Southampton and Surrey.
The Salesforce CRM Administrator Assistant will be a key resource in driving growth through sales and marketing effectiveness.
Your main duties will be:
- Maintaining CRM data integrity and quality.
- Developing sales analyticsto improve sales effectiveness.
- Onboarding new users.
- User training and Trailblazer self-certification.
- Development of customer facing self-service technical support.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Minimum of 2 years experience of Salesforce administration
- Trailblazer certification in Intermediate Admin and Marketing Cloud
- Ability to engage with internal stakeholders of all levels
- Ability to be self-driven to meet deadlines and results
