We are pleased to announce that CK Group’s Senior Scientific Recruitment Consultant, Hannah Oakley has been promoted into the brand new role of Key Account Manager.
Having just returned from maternity leave, Hannah is re-joining CK Group in this new role to foster relationships with our key customers and to continue to develop the business.
In this new lead position Hannah will be responsible for monitoring job responses and other KPI’s that have been set between CK and our top customers in a bid to ensure we hit 100% on all occasions. She will showcase that CK are committed to our clients and that our benchmark for success is client satisfaction.
This new approach to account management represents a significant change in CK’s approach to their client management process, moving from a consultant led relationship to a dedicated point of contact. Having received positive feedback from clients already, we are positive that both our account management team and our customer relationships will continue to develop and grow.
