Each week CK Engineers will be trying to give you a picture of the state of one of the disciplines we work with, the Validation Engineers jobs market. Whether you are a Validation Engineer looking for a new role or an employer seeking new Validation Engineers to join your team, keeping up to date with industry news that impacts you is essential.
Our tracking is based on each week screening some of the UKs leading vacancy boards for how many Validation Engineer jobs have been advertised within the last 7 days. Please bear in mind that there is likely to be some repetition across jobs boards and some duplicate posting but our goal is to build up a picture of trends over time.
This week’s summary is for week commencing 13th June 2016 for the past week and relates to Validation Engineer vacancies posted on:
- The Engineer
- Just Engineers
Our results showed that from these job boards a total of 427 Validation Engineer jobs were published in the last week,
- 289 permanent roles
- 138 contract roles
As predicted, there has been a continued decline in jobs this week the results of which have seen permanent jobs drop from 302 last week, to 289 this week. During the same period we have seen another increase in the demand for interim staffing, which has grown by 16% in the last week. These are patterns we have anticipated, with employers growing increasingly nervous about the future as the Brexit Referendum draws closer.
